We start with the base of the organic, indoor-outdoor living that we love here in Northern California. Then we added the modern conveniences, sustainability, comfort and fun. Outside we built a huge, party-worthy wrap-around deck with a 12 seater redwood table, massive umbrella and heated furniture. Inside we modernized the kitchens and bathrooms, adding coffee and cocktail stations, quartz countertops and energy saving appliances. We fitted new mini-split air conditioners, phone-controlled ducted heating and new hybrid resilient flooring throughout the three-bedroom, two-bathroom home. Finishing touches included special areas for pets, lake toys, ski gear and campfire stargazing.
